Truck Parts and Service Support
We don't need a large parts department... because there aren't many parts to replace on Retriever. Its simplicity, robust design and use of heavy-duty materials all but eliminates the need for traditional preventive maintenance. If it's not there, you don't have to worry about replacing it.
If a part should ever be needed, Up-N-Atom will have it shipped to you within 24 hours, or less, of receiving your order. (You can do that when you don't have many parts orders to handle.)

Retriever carries a Lifetime Warranty (full, no cost replacement, including all shipping charges*) against a defect in anything manufactured by Up-N-Atom, or any defect created by the construction of the finished product. To our knowledge, that is the strongest warranty program supporting any product of this kind. Parts we purchase, such as Air Springs, Gas Cylinders, Work Lights, etc. carry the manufacturer's warranty.
On-Call Technical Service Support
If there is ever a question regarding Retriever's performance, installation, proper operation, etc. no-charge technical assistance is available via phone, fax or email. If the situation should ever require it, one of Up-N-Atom's technical specialists will make a personal visit, also at no cost, to resolve the issue. (You can make that kind of offer when there are never any issues.)
